Velvet Vibes Refund Policy

At Velvet Vibes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned once they are opened.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in their original condition
- Sale items or gift cards
1.3 Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@velvetvibes.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
2.2 Partial Refunds In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2.3 Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@velvetvibes.co.nz.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at service@velvetvibes.co.nz. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and receiving a replacement.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
