- Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $7 for shipping on all orders within New Zealand, regardless of the number of items. All items are stocked and shipped from within New Zealand, and all shipments are handled by NZ Post with tracking. At checkout, you can choose whether or not to require a signature upon delivery. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them in the shipping notes box at checkout. Please note that we only ship within New Zealand.
- Shipping Time
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders typically arrive within 1-2 working days. While many orders reach you the next day, please be aware that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters. Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays like Christmas and Easter. Orders placed before 3 PM NZDT on business days are usually dispatched the same day.
- Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us. All products are shipped in plain NZ Post packaging with no Velvet Vibes branding or logos. The shipping label will display the sender as VBT Sale.
- Weekends and Holidays
Our dispatch team and NZ Post operate Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
If you placed the order before 3pm Monday to Friday NZDT are dispatched the same day.
